1. General provisions

This document is the public offer of StreamKit (the “Provider”) and sets out the essential terms of the agreement for channel and stream metric boosting services.

Acceptance of this offer is the completion of any of the following actions: registration on the Site streamkit.su, placing an order or paying for services.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider agrees to supply the Customer with metric boosting services for streaming channels on Twitch, YouTube, Kick and VK Live (viewers, followers, subscribers, views and other available services), and the Customer agrees to accept and pay for these services under this offer.

3. Cost and payment procedure

  • The cost of services is determined by the tariff plans current on the date of placing the order.
  • Payment is made in Russian rubles by replenishing the balance of your personal account.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are available through Forseta. SBP payments are planned.
  • Funds are credited to the balance immediately after confirmation of payment.

4. Procedure for providing services

  • The customer places an order or subscription through his personal account, indicates the channel login and selects a tariff plan.
  • After payment, the Contractor begins to perform the service within the period specified in the tariff description.
  • The validity period of the subscription is counted from the moment of its activation.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Contractor undertakes:

  • Provide services in accordance with the selected tariff.
  • Provide 24/7 technical support via Telegram and email.
  • Notify the Customer about significant changes in the terms of services.

The Customer undertakes:

  • Provide the correct channel login when placing an order.
  • Do not violate the rules of the Twitch, YouTube, Kick and VK Live platforms while receiving services.
  • Pay for ordered services on time.

6. Refund

  • Refund of funds to the balance is possible if the service was not performed due to the fault of the Contractor.
  • Refunds to a bank card are made within 10 working days upon written request to support@streamkit.su.
  • Funds from the balance used to pay for services performed cannot be returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Contractor is not responsible for:

  • Changes in the algorithms of the Twitch, YouTube, Kick and VK Live platforms, affecting the result of the service.
  • Blocking of the Customer’s channel by the platform for reasons not related to the actions of the Contractor.
  • Interruptions in the operation of payment systems.

The maximum liability of the Contractor is limited to the amount of services actually paid by the Customer.

8. Confidentiality

Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court at the location of the Contractor.
