Mandatory (technical)

  • sessionid - Django session identifier, required for user authentication.
  • streamkit_language - saves the selected language for one year. After logging in, the selection is also saved in your account.
  • csrftoken - protection token against CSRF attacks, required for secure form submission.
  • streamkit_referral — stores the first referral invitation for 30 days.
  • streamkit_device — a signed browser ID used to detect referral abuse; valid for one year. It is not a hardware device identifier.

Analytical

When Meta Pixel is enabled, visits, registrations and purchases are used to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. StreamKit does not send passwords or payment credentials to Pixel.

  • Yandex.Metrica - web analytics service of Yandex. Collects anonymized data about visits (pages viewed, referral source, device and browser, actions on pages, including using Webvisor technology). More details: Yandex privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics is a web analytics service from Google. Collects anonymized statistics of Site traffic. More details: Google privacy policy.

Analytics data is used in aggregate form to improve the operation of the Site and is not used to identify a specific visitor.

Third party cookies

  • Cloudflare Turnstile - anti-bot protection service. When verified, Turnstile sets technical cookies to verify that you are a human. More details: Cloudflare policy.
  • Jivo - online chat widget for contacting support. Sets a cookie to save history and dialog state. More details: Jivo privacy policy.

3. Why do we need cookies

  • Maintaining login session - no sessionid each page transition will require re-authorization.
  • Form Security - csrftoken protects you from request forgery attacks.
  • Bot Protection - Cloudflare Turnstile keeps registration and login forms secure.
  • Analytics - Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics help us understand how visitors use the Site and improve it.
  • Support - Jivo chat saves the context of the conversation so you don't have to start the conversation all over again.

4. Cookie management
