A streamer media kit: prepare for your first sponsorship

A streamer media kit: prepare for your first sponsorship

A media kit is a short channel presentation for a potential advertiser. It should explain your audience, format, and collaboration options without requiring dozens of streams to be watched.

Build a clear presentation

Start with a document that is easy to update and share as a link or PDF. Use your channel branding while keeping information readable.

  1. Explain who you are and what you stream. Add a recognizable image and channel name.
  2. Show current metrics with a measurement period: audience, views, and available viewer information.
  3. Describe suitable formats: a product demonstration, dedicated stream, or another integration you are genuinely willing to produce.
  4. Add work examples, previous collaboration results if available, and a business contact.

Do not replace information with promises

If you have no sponsorships yet, show a regular segment representing your delivery well. Do not invent testimonials or present one event’s peak as your typical result.

Numbers without a period are hard to compare. State what was measured and over what time.

Check before sending

  • Links open and the recipient can access the file.
  • Metrics are updated and viewers’ personal information is not exposed.
  • The document explains how to contact you and what to propose.

Update the kit when your channel changes noticeably. For a particular brand, reorder examples and formats by relevance while keeping honest data and an accurate picture of your streams.
